1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things like login state, language preference, and which pages you've already seen. Other tracking technologies โ pixels, tags, local storage, and SDKs โ work similarly and are covered by this policy.
2. Why we use them
We use cookies for four reasons:
- Keep the site working โ security, session state, load balancing.
- Remember your preferences โ language, theme, cookie consent itself.
- Measure performance โ which pages convert, which don't, so we can keep improving.
- Make our marketing relevant โ only with your consent, to show ads that actually match what you're looking for.

4. Third-party services
Some cookies are set by third parties when their content embeds on our pages. We don't control their cookies โ please review each provider's policy:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, YouTube) โ policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram pixel) โ facebook.com/policy.php
- LinkedIn (Insight Tag) โ linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Calendly โ calendly.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (security & CDN) โ cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
5. How to manage cookies
On our site
Use the preference controls at the top of this page, or click "Cookie Preferences" in the footer at any time.
In your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Direct links:
Heads up
Disabling all cookies will break parts of the site โ especially the booking widget, form auto-save, and personalised content. Strictly Necessary cookies cannot be turned off because the site won't function without them.
6. Do Not Track signals
"Do Not Track" (DNT) is a browser setting some users enable. There's currently no industry standard on how DNT should be honoured. We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable and treat them as a request to opt out of marketing cookies.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when we add, remove, or replace tools. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are flagged in a banner for at least 30 days.
